Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplement products cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened or used products
Items without original packaging
Items damaged due to misuse
Final sale or promotional items marked as non-returnable
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@wellorya.shop with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
