Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days depending on your location, shipping carrier, and local delivery conditions.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the package has been shipped.
Shipping Delays

If your package is delayed, please allow a few extra business days for tracking updates.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to update the delivery address.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check your mailbox, front door, building reception, neighbors, or local carrier office first.
If you still cannot locate it, contact us with your order number and we will help review the issue.

Shipping availability may vary by location. If your address is accepted at checkout, we can ship to your destination.
